VP Records a sorti le 16 septembre dernier une belle compilation en hommage à Bob Marley. Total Reggae : Trenchtown Rock regroupe 40 reprises du Roi du reggae sur 2 CDs. On y retrouve beaucoup de tunes connus comme le Crazy Baldhead de Luciano et Beenie Man, la réinterprétation de Selassie Is The Chapel par Etana ou encore Tony Rebel et Marcia Griffiths qui revisitent Forever Loving Jah. D'autres pépites plus rares se glissent dans la tracklist à l'image du Put It On revu par Cedric Im Brooks ou encore Sanchez qui s'approprie Burnin And Lootin. Un bel hommage !
