"Marcia Griffiths & Friends" rassemble en effet un double album composé de 38 featurings exceptionnels. L'initiative est venue du grand label Penthouse Records qui a convié ses plus grands artistes pour l'occasion : Buju Banton, Beres Hammond, Busy Signal, John Holt, Queen I Frica, Tony Rebel, Anhtony B., Freddie McGregor... La liste est longue et l'album s'annonce incontournable avec des hits que l'on connaît déjà et certaines exclusivités.
